I've been taking my car here for a while- very professional, friendly, and most important to me, transparent. They're always very clear and thorough about the problems with the car and the work they want to do- makes me feel like i know what im getting into and that I'm not getting taken advantage of. I've had bad experiences before with mechanics, so it gives me great peace of mind to have a mechanic I trust!

I have used Goodyear for all of my car maintenance and repairs for over 35 years. I moved from Maryland to Pennsylvania in July, '21. This was my second visit. Jim was very accommodating when scheduling a follow-up appointment. 06/30/25: Just found a large screw in my LF tire. Took it into Goodyear, and they repaired it. Fortunately, I paid for road hazard repairs. No charge. 😎

Big thanks to the team at Brooks-huffs Hanover for getting me in same day. Woke up to a flat tire, was able to pump it up to at least due my route work for the day, after work I called them on the way home to get in within a short time to get the tires replaced and a oil change. Super smooth transaction, clean facilities, and customer service was perfect. Well be coming back again.

I had my state inspection and emissions test done today. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful! I waited for my car and it was done in a reasonable amount of time! This is my second year going to them for those tests and will continue to use them!!

Just had my annual inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I have used Brooks-Huff ever since my husband passed away. They are very trustworthy and not trying to take me across like the big name Jeep dealer in the town has done in the past. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company.

Our family has been using Brooks Huff for 6+ years now and we pleased with the level of service we receive on a consistent basis. We always appreciate their willingness to explain their recommendations for our vehicles and we genuinely feel as though they are treating us as they would a family member. We have often felt like dealerships have a way of trying to suck more money from you than necessary, thats not Brooks Huff's style and we will remain a customer with them based on this experience.

I started coming here when my car was under warranty and the dealer paid for the oil changes. I decided to have any and all work done here so everything was documented in the same place. The guys are super nice and helpful and don't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman. They even apply coupons for me, that I didn't have, to help save a few dollars. Their oil changes are pretty well priced even without the coupon. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My son had a blowout on one of his tires on a Friday night and his car was towed here. I'm glad it was, they were great to deal with and managed to get him in and done in a day. Gave me a lot of options to choose from and even recommended a tire that was less expensive than the one we were looking at. I checked their pricing on the tires we got vs. online sources and they were spot on. Highly recommended, I will be getting all my tires from them from now on.

I had an 9am appointment for inspection. The staff were professional and prompt. They explained that I’d have an hour wait time and recommended local shops within walking distance. They had completed the inspection within the promised time frame. I was informed that my car would pass but that my wheels’ tread were at the minimum acceptable by the state and that I should replace them. Overall, very satisfied.

My repair for my car was a very positive experience. Both Matt and Nate were super helpful. They got me in within a matter of like a day and the car was fixed the next day so the service was amazing and I now have my car back and running. Would definitely use Brooks & Huff again and have previously used them in the past for other repairs. It was great to deal with people that were super helpful and actually cared about what your problem was.

I have been to another shop who lied and stole my money; so choosing another place to do business was a challenge.. However this has been the most respectful and the most professional place I have ever visted which is why I came back anytime I needed sevice and have been doing so for a little over a year. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend it especially if you have had bad experiences with other companies; make this the last place you EVER do business with your car. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

The staff in general we're very welcoming and knowledgeable but I mostly dealt with Bill. He was very helpful with the process of me buying new tires. I told him what I needed and he quickly drew up 3 quotes from low to high and told me what he thought about each tire. I didn't feel pressured at all to get anything more than I wanted and I was very happy with the price. They were very quick as well, I walked in Thursday afternoon, dropped my car off a couple hours later, and I got a call before lunch on Friday that it was ready for pickup. I would recommend this shop to anyone else who wants honest work done at a reasonable price.

There are not enough words to describe how much I appreciate this company. Reasonable, timely and honest. Easy to work with and did I mention HONEST. They do highly competent work too.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and when I arrived, asked if I could add an oil change. The response was a smile and cheery, "Of course!" I go to the Queen St. location and am always impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Their work is exemplary. I love Brooks-Huff!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Our questions about tires were answered. We received guidance to select two new sets of tires. Scheduling the installation was a breeze. I took my car here the other day to fix my flat tire. The mechanic was able to look at my car right away and gave me an estimate and a general timeframe for fixing the flat. I chose to wait in the waiting area and they were kind and respectful the whole time. After the tire was fixed, the mechanic explained that there was no permanent damage and answered some additional questions I had, all without trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. This location goes above and beyond. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire or car services.

Needed a tire plugged for a nail. Came in and mentioned I had a meeting in an hour. Was out in 30 minutes. Fantastic, quick and pleasant service!! Hard to find these days!

I had a slow leak in my tire.They replaced my valve stem and didnt even charge me anything. These guys are the best i always use them.

I had to have a used car, looked at quickly to help make a decision on whether to buy it. As always, they welcomed the challenge and told me to come right over. They took about an hour to look the car over, charged me a very fair amount, gave me a detailed report on what they found, which made my decision about the car very easy. Great family owned business. I trust them.

Took car in for a tire repair and entire staff was very nice and accommodating. Offered shuttle service but was not needed as they were able to repair tire and get me on my way very quickly. I will be a returning customer.
